The large swimming pool (16 x 8) features 5 Jacuzzi massage corners framed by a unique natural landscape. Surrounded by orchards and shrouded in the colours and aromas typical of Valdichiana, the Guesthouse offers relaxation and unforgettable emotions.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen corner (electric plates, fridge and microwave), one bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. Satellite TV. It is on the ground floor with private area outside with patio table and chairs.

La Cantina - sleeps 2 - 53 square metres.

Gostino - sleeps 4 - 98 square metres.
The apartment is on the ground floor consisting of a living room with kitchen corner (fridge, electric plates and microwave), two double bedrooms each with their own bathroom ensuite . Gostino has its own area on the garden with patio, table and chairs overlooking a peach orchard. Satellite TV

Tabaccaia - sleeps 2+1 - 62 square metres.

The apartment is on two floors with its own private space outside overlooking the peach orchard with patio,table and chairs. It consists of a living room with a kitchen corner (fridge, electric plates and microwave) on the ground floor; on the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. In the large intermediate floor overlooking the bedroom, there is a single bed available. Satellite TV.

Nonno Duilio - Sleeps 6 - 160 square metres.
This apartment is on the first floor. The entrance of the apartment is from an external staircase. It consists of a spacious living room with a fire place, a kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, fridge and dishwasher and three double bedrooms (matrimonial beds) and a small study room . Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower or bath and its own small fridge and satellite TV.
Nonno Duilio has also its private area in the main garden with patio, table and chairs.

La Villa - sleeps 8+1 - 160 square metres.
The apartment is on the first floor. The access to the apartment is by an inside staircase.
It consists of a spacious living-room with fire place, TV a kitchen equipped with oven, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, a study room and four double bedded rooms.
Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower, satellite TV and fridge. In the kitchen there is a mezzanine floor

with a single bed.
Two further double bedrooms with private bathrooms La Piccionaia and Il Seccatoio, can be rented joined with the apartment Bianchini. It also has its own area outside with patio, table and chairs.

The nice restored old wine cellar hosts the best Tuscan wines - Chianti, Brunello and the Super Tuscans. The farm produces a superb extra virgin olive oil.

A little history
The farmhouse was originally built at the beginning of the 13th Century. In fact, on restoring the old cellars of the Leopold structure, architectural finds, proving the existence of a landing port, were brought to light.
In fact, even though Valdichiana is now one of the most flourishing farming areas in our country, it was marshland until it was reclaimed during the 18th Century.
A second substantial change occurred in 1724, when, following on reclamation of Valdichiana (planned by Fossombroni), Duke Leopold of Tuscany (after whom the type of structure is named), issued a decree on farmhouse building canons establishing the existence of a cubic structure above the roof called a "Pigeon Loft" or "Dovecote".
The stables, farmyard animal stalls and barns date back to the early 19th Century. It was during this period that the first large families moved en masse to the hamlet. The family became completely self-sufficient.

Tuscany, steeped in tradition, offers visitors a variety of breathtaking itineraries of historic, artistic and cultural interest.. However, Tuscany is a destination also appreciated by those in search of the tranquillity of a unique natural environment, together with the discovery of wine, gastronomic and culinary pleasures that typical produce, festivals and folk festivities provide for the most refined palates. On mountain bikes made available by the guest farm, you can travel along the old Valdichiana roads and admire old farmhouses scattered among the Tuscan hills. It would be impossible here to go into all Tuscan itineraries.

The old stables restored host an exclusive Tuscan restaurant where you will have the opportunity to experience the delights of typical Tuscan cuisine, accompanied by some excellent Tuscan wines. In the warm summer evenings you will enjoy a dinner in the patio with fantastic views of the orchards and the Tuscan hills beyond.
