Casale Giulia is located admist a region rich of water, with an uncontaminated rank nature and off the beaten track, a stone's throw from the Piediluco lake - canoeing and rowing - , the famous Marmore falls - 1st to 6th grade rafting - and the Fonti del Clitumno - musing -, all reacheable in 5 to 10 minutes drive.

House description

An old farmhouse was recently restructured with the best materials to prepare with the best livable conditions some mini apartments fully equipped. The property is fenced and the entrance protected by an electric gate.

On the groundfloor the well equipped kitchen has a 4 hobs cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, american coffe maker, mixer, orange squeezer. TVSat with Sky, Digital Earth and a double sofabed are in the livingroom. A bathroom with shower too is on the same floor.

Out of the kitchen a nice patio faces the valley and the swimming pool shared with the other owners. The patio has table and chairs, a small gate and an awning to protect against the sun. A stone BBQ and a stone sink are available for a pleasant "al fresco"dinner.

The second floor is at the end of the internal taircase, with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Out of the bathroom is a terrace, used for drying. Two large wardrobes are in the bedroom.
A stair leads to the mezzanine where other two beds can sleep two singles.
Total 6 sleeps.

During summer, the temperature can reach 35°, very dry indeed and therefore pleasant but in the house never more than 20°, thanks to the massive stone walls.
The owners speak English fluently.
