A
beautiful stone farmhouse recently restored with a marvelous view
of San Gimignano(watch with attention to the top of the picture
on the left), 7 km far.
All around Abbeys and Castles, Trattorias and restaurants D.O.C
Grocery and shops 3,5 km far, in the small village of Ulignano.

district for its beautiful landscape and richness of artistic and
historical towns such as Monteriggioni, Siena, (the Palio on July
2nd and August 16th), Volterra, Certaldo, Radda and Greve which
are the center of Classic Chianti. |

The house consists
of two large apartments: Groundfloor and Firstfloor
which are connected by a staircase inside the house.
Each apartment covers an area of 110 sqm about, in which take place
two double bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with shower, a large
living with table and chairs, fireplace and a double sofabed. |
| The kitchen is in a
separate room and is fully equipped with oven and freezer. The apartments
are tastefully furnished with typical rustyc Tuscan style. |

Outside a shared large garden with sun umbrella, table and chairs,
barbecue and a terrace for dining "al fresco". and a
few steps leads to the swimming pool 6 x 13 x 1,60 m, shared between
the two apartment from half May untill beginning September.

Siena 23 Km., Firenze 38 Km, Volterra and all Chianti's area within
20 min drive.
