This Medieval
farmhouse is located on the foot of an ancient military stationing
between Casentino and Valtiberina, 550 meters above sea level, in
the middle of a vast property of uncontaminated green land in a
sunny, panoramic and relaxing spot in short drive from Anghiari
and Arezzo.
It has been restored following the original architectural plan and
respecting the medieval materials.
It is the ideal base for fascinating naturalistic, cultural and
archaeological excursions to Valtiberina, Casentino, Valdichiana,
Valdarno, Marche, as well as the nearby centres of Arezzo, Cortona,
Siena, Florence and Perugia. |
| The structure
holds five spacious apartments, as well as the “Little House
of Michelangelo”, that is part of the holiday farm.
All the apartments have been elegantly furnished with old Tuscan
taste. All apartments have TV Sat and Telephone. They offer the
guests many comforts, comfortable living rooms, romantic gardens
and picturesque views.
Each apartment is rented separately but the whole property, with a special rate, is perfect for groups up to 27 people.

The swimming
pool (m 12 x 6 x 1,80), a stone barbecue, the solarium, the fresh
spring and the small lake surrounded by the woods, the walks in the
wealthy silences of the woods giving a long breathe of well being,
relaxing the mind and the body on the rhythm of the nature. |

A common hall with a very well equipped kitchen is available for groups or for apartment-guests' breakfast and also for cooking or painting or meditation courses, to be agreed on booking. |
