This nice villa for 7 on two levels with a surface
of about 150 sqm, takes its name from the near village up on the
hill.
A few kilometers away from the medieval town of Narni - the Geographic
Centre of Italy - this property is a very comfortable base to visit
Central Italy.

Nestled in a wood, with many paths for trekking, it is surrounded by a mature
garden very well equipped with pergolas, barbecue, wood oven, and
tables and chairs for "al fresco" dining. Flowers and
plants are so pleasantly gathered that the garden results an explosion
of colors in every season.
The interior is also very attractive, decorated with great flair
with hand-painted furniture and nice fabrics, giving a really cozy
atmosphere.

-living room with fireplace, 3 sofas, and satellite TV;
-dining room with seats for ten and TV set;
-kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker
for "American Coffee";
-one shower room.
First floor:
-one double-size bedroom with an added single bed,
-two twin bedrooms,
-one shower room.

| The outdoor is very comfortable
with different equipped corners to enjoy on cookery, to read books,
to talk, to think - or to be absent! - , to stay otiose under the
sun, to have a breakfast and dinner.
The typical Umbrian wood oven and fireplace are perfect to cook
the Italian Pizza and roast meat!

The house has traditional
Umbrian furnishing personally made by the owner, a skill artisan
in Narni and hand painted.
A fireplace and TVSat are in the living room and the kitchen is
fully equipped with dishwasher, American coffee percolator, Italian
coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooker with 4 fires and electric
oven.

Pots and pans, glasses, eating utensils in large quantity, both
for dressing table inside or outside.
Nice pictures are on the walls. The 11.5 x 5,5-6 m swimmingpool
has irregular shape and is furnished with sun beds, beach umbrellas
and sun shower.

A gazebo has table and
chairs for "al fresco" dining are under the Gazebo and
also on teh terrace, near the wood oven.
