Three houses make part of a 100
hectare estate in a secluded valley.
The houses are located on the hilly coast of the Tuscan Maremma:
one is lived by the owner; a second, the Annexe, is divided into
2 holiday apartments while the main house, in dominant position
on a hill is a classic farm house dating to the 18th century and
recently refurbished to a very high standard.
The annexe and the Main House are rented together for a group up
to 20 people. |
Its 360° panoramic
views, the open spaces, the country peace and quietness, the warmth
of the ensemble make this property one of the best for a very relaxing
holiday in Tuscany, living the charm and delight of its past combined
with updated comfort.
La Quercia, set among chestnuts woods on a hilltop
overlooking the sea is in the hilly woods, a few km in the background
of Castagneto Carducci, a charming little historical village on
the Costa degli Etruschi. |

The woods are full of hiking trails
and paths for walks, cycling and horseback riding.
The closest village is 4 km far.
Lovers of fine food and wines will be delighted to taste the typical
regional cuisine, seasonally changing, based principally on local
agriculture and fishing, the best Mediterranean cooking they can
offer. |
The beautiful
sandy beaches of the Maremma coast are very close and daily excursions
to the islands of Pianosa, Capraia and Monte Cristo are possible.
Both the main house and the guesthouses are equipped with A/C and
heating. All rooms and suites have Internet satellite connection,
anallergic foam-rubber mattress, 4 pills (2 low and 2 high) towel-warmer,
warthy linen or silk or cotton curtains and the en-suite bathroom
in the master bedroom has Jacuzzi. |

The house is equipped
with all modern appliances and make feel relaxed, friendly at home.
Both rooms and suites are elegantly furnished with antiques and
the suites have private terrace.
All rooms are not furnished in the same way, as often happens in
the Tuscan restored farmhouses, but each has a different furnishing
and colour. |
On the ground floor is the professional kitchen,
a very large living/dining room with patio and a half bath.
An independent apartment with two double bedrooms, bathroom and
dining room with table and chairs and open space kitchenette has
access from the garden
On the first floor there is a suite with a large private terrace.
The en-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi.
On the same floor there are further 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin
bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. |

The Annexe is composed of two 45
sq m studio apartments, both with A/C and Heating, each with private
entrance and garden.
Each studio apartments have a bathroom, a living room with a modern
kitchenette corner equipped with cooker with oven and fridge-freezer,
one double and one single bed.
The swimming pool is shared. |
