This delightful barn is part of a very accurately restored hamlet, now an Holiday resort, in a magical area, worldwide well known, only 10 km from Siena and about 50 from Florence. It is indipendent and can accomodate 4 people with all comforts.
Casa di Lucy has private parking and furnished garden with direct access from the rear to the pool, to be shared with the guests of the other 7 resort apartments. An open air Jacuzzi pool can be enjoyed.

| The former barn now features a living/dining room, with fireplace and a double sofabed. From the living room, thru a door, the kitchen, in nuance with the decorations of the house is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The house is old Tuscan country style furnished, to keep the warmth of the former hamlet. A touch of timeless elegance for the presence of some deco objects. Wood beamed ceiling and cotto floorings alla over the apartment.

Close to the fireplace there are few steps to reach the first floor, where the night area is displayed. On the landing a door to a service wc and thru another door to the corridor where the bedrooms are featured.
The double bedroom has a french door leading to the rear garden area. With the twin bedded room and a wide two washbaisins bathroom, with bath and shower, maximum comfort and privacy are assured to the guests.

The barn is very well furnished, non only the interiors, but also the outside areas, the porch, the garden, embellished by beautiful plants and very well taken care lawns.
The nearest small town of Rosia is only 1 km far, with its shops, restaurants, cafes and the bank. And finally, the countryside around Siena is one of the most charmful areas in Tuscany and guests can take the pleasure of relaxing walks. Nearby the famous jewel towns of Monteriggioni and San Gimignano.

Moonlight swimming should be tried, as the pool is suggestively lighted during night time. A gazebo for outdoor dining is also available to enjoy the company of the other guests.
The house has indipendent heating and the gas will be charged accordingly to the use. All main appliances available, such as washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Cleaning on saturdays. Baby cot available on request.
