The
"Case Maddalena" are on the 1st, second and third floor
of an ancient 5 floors mansion in Mergellina, just opposite to the
docks from where the hydrofoils depart to Capri, Ischia, Sorento/Amalfi/Positano,
Eolian and Pontinian islands.

In walking distance (300 m.) there is the railway
station and Metro Mergellina, connecting to the historical centre
and toPompei, Pozzuoli, Sorrento and Positano.
Just out of the mansion the bus stop, the funicular station to Posillipo
and the taxi parking.

If you will calculate your time in advance: one day
in Pompeii one in Capri one in Sorrento/Amalfi, oneday relaxing
in the SPA in Ischia, two days in Naples, off course and your week
will be at the end!

A few steps to the shopping centre and near the most prestigeous
clubs, 30 mt far from the bus and taxi stop.
The Capodichino Airport is 10 km far.
Mergellina is the residential area of Naples, following with Via
Caracciolo, the boulevard. Just around Mergellina and its docks
are the best noted restaurants and hotels.

DESCRIPTION
All the apartments are very simple, just a pied-a-terre to visit
Naples and its surroundings. All are comfortably furnished, with
small sufficiently equipped kitchenette or a simple cooker for preparing
just a breakfast - in fact we cannot figure people coming to spend
ther holiday in this town jst to cook their meals at home!-.
1st floor:studio apartment (nr 3), sqm 45, 2+2
sleeps, with panoramic view. A double bed + a double sofabed, a
kitchen with table and chairs and a bathroom. |
| 2nd floor: 3 studio apartments (6, 6a
and 6b), each with double bed, bathroom and independent entrance.
Two of them have an equipped kitchenette corner, table and chairs,
and one has an electric hob suitable to prepare a breakfast. The
3 rooms can be linked to form one apartment sleeps 6.
3rd floor: apartment (nr 7), sqm 45 with a double bedroom, a livingroom
with sofabed, a small kitchenette and bathroom with shower
