In a very relaxing place in the medieval village of Trevignano - one of the 3 villages that surround the lake of Bracciano, welknown for a beautiful pedestrian promenade open on a sandy beach - a house, just on the water of the Lake, is shared between two owners.
La Magica, a very quiet apartment with a high grade of privacy and full of atmosphere, tranquility and comfort, is ideal for a relaxing stay, immersed in the gentle lake environment.
The access for cars and pedestrians from the road is through a sheltered
parking private for both owners at side of which a stone stair go up
to the entrance door. |
The apartment is nice and carefully restored, front lake, with a large livingroom, bathroom and terrace on the first level and two bedrooms sharing one more bathroom upstairs on the Mansarda.
The livingroom is spacious and comfortably furnished with a double sofabed and armchairs. The open plan kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, fridge with freezer, 4 hobs cooker, oven and cutlery, pottery, dishes and glasses for 6.
At side of the kitchenette, a table with chairs can seat 6 people.

partially sheltered by the terrace on the upper floor,
furnished with deck chairs.
A staircase leads to the uppert floor - the last of the house -, where one double bedroom and a single one share between them a bathroom with shower in the corridor.
The double bedroom has a wardrobe, a chest of drawer and a French window opening onto a terrace. |
In the single bedroom a stair let reach a gallery where two further camp beds can be put for extra, on request.
The jolly of this apartment is the location. Sitting on the terrace sipping your glass of good wine, you will count swans, ducks, wild ducks, and goslings passing on the water under your terrace.
Outdoor, in distance 10 to 50 metres 5 small affordable trattorias will prepare for you the best dishes with lake fish (not only). |

This small village is welknown in Rome, as a very relaxing place and many Romans are establishing here their residence.
A cycleway just built with much care, runs at side
of the provincial road for many km, out of Trevignano.
...a sunny morning with mild temperature, a walk along the lake or at the bar Hermes in the central square for an excellent pastry or on the wooden pier of the bar "THE SAIL" - just like |
those where one berth with small boats - sitting at one of the small tables, few in reality because the pier is very short - just as well, at least the atmosphere is more intimate.
Later at lunch, the trattoria Casina Bianca or La Grotta Azzurra, then the lakeside promenade, stopping on a bench or on the beach, a trip to the flea market or antiques, than to see hawks, owls and eagles circling in free flight in the background of the lake with the help and assistance of their coaches, whose appeal seems very happy to respond.
When you will realize that this is only half an hour from Rome you will always remember this holiday in your dreams. |
