This Resort is situated in the Liguria region, well-known for its nice and sunny climate, on a hillside with a stunning view of "Gallinara", the only island of the Italian Riviera. Overlooking its own private beach 50 meters far, a couple of kilometres away from the "hustle and bustle" of Alassio, it consists of the Liguria and Riviera buildings with comfortable 30 to 60 sq m. apartments, sleeps 2 to 6, completely renovated in a classical ligurian style, all with sea view.

Each apartment is equipped with kitchenette, TV Satellite, landline phone with private phone number, private balcony or mini-terraces . "Cotto"floors, “spugnato” walls and new, very good class furniture. All apartments have heating and some of them air conditioning.

The kitchens are equipped with 2 electric rings, microwave, medium size fridge, pots and pans, espresso percolator, china and cutlery services. The headboard of the sofa bed is attached to the wall and the settee can be pulled out to make a normal bed. Underneath there is another pull out single bed. All apartments have a sea view and are separated by hedges.

A convenient underpass provides direct access to the beach. The beach provides two choices for guests. The eastern side is equipped with private umbrellas,
changing booths, beach chairs and beds.

The western side is open to the public and has free access.
The beach surface is a daily groomed mix of sand and pebbles.

Guests may also choose to visit the extremely popular and beautiful beaches of Alassio and surrounding area, characterized by fine sand and shallow waters.

Olive trees, pines and cypresses ensure natural shade in the park.

Properties'facilities include a basketball, volley ball court, mini soccer, tennis with artificial grass (for extra), and two children playgrounds.

In one building there is a laundry room (for extra) reserved for the apartments.

Just out of the buildings there is a mini-market, a bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria. Down the road, 50 metres far, there is a public beach and also a bathing establishment with restaurant serving salads and various Italian specialities at reasonable prices at lunchtime. At dinnertime the restaurant becomes one of Alassio's exclusive fish and meat restaurants.

A horseback riding school and the famous 18 hole golf course "Garlenda" are 10 minutes away.The Hanbury Tennis Club (founded 1890) is in Alassio.

The territory at side and on the back of  Alassio, from  Andora till Ceriale -but the whole LIGURIA is a very small region - gives possibility of special holidays to the seaside or immersed in the silence of the forests or enjoying in one of the numerous small and economic country restaurants the taste of the genuine dishes of the Ligurian kitchen. Holidays and health trekking in the nature of the Comunità Montana Ingauna, parachuting and scenic flights in Villanova d'Albenga, Enduro and Rally motorcycle races.

-all the apartments have either balconies or terraces
-a laundry room reserved for the apartments, located in the Liguria complex. To use the washing machine you need a token which is available from the office or the custodian. There is also a clothes dryer and an ironing board. An iron can be supplied to you upon request.
- The sofa beds were specially designed for our apartments. The headboard is attached to the wall and the settee can be pulled out to make a normal bed. Underneath there is another pull-out single bed.
-Parking is available very close to the apartments and is free of charge.
-The beach is 50 metres away. There is a public beach and a private one where one can rent umbrellas and deckchairs at extra cost.

-Tennis,basket ball, volley ball courts, 2 childrens playgrounds.There is a horseback riding school and a 18 hole golf course 10 minutes away.

DISTANCES
-3 km from Alassio and 1 km from Albenga.There is a bus service every 20 minutes and the bus stop is right below the office.There There is a beautiful scenic walk on the old Roman road ,along which one can reach Alassio or Albenga in aproximately 20 minutes.
-Car is suggested even though there is a bus stop 50 meters away which allows to reach Alassio and Albenga .There is a HERTZ AGENCY in Alassio as well as many car rental agencies at the Genoa and Nice airports.
