The hamlet is composed of the property owner's villa and some country houses surrounding a small, striking piazza which opens onto the valley below.

"Villa Montanina" is the largest part of a stylish and charming grand manor house, an imposing building dating from the 16th century completely restored to its former splendour. A small independent apartment for 2 + 2 on two floors is also in the same building.

The other stone houses nearby are too restored and used for storage, so that the hamlet, with the owner's beautiful summer villa, appears magnificent.

Arezzo town is 18 km far and the property is a good base to visit the heart of Tuscany and Umbria, but perfect for relaxing a large family or group of friends.

The house measures in total 270 sqm (3.000 sq.feet) on two levels.

Very large and comfortable for up to 14 people, THE MAIN house has 6 bedrooms, 2 large living/dining rooms with open plan kitchen area and double sofabed, 4 bathrooms with shower, and one loft space.
A spacious outside place with table with chairs comfortably sits 14 for dining.
The independent apartment, is composed of a spacious living area with double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom with bath on the first floor.
The view looks onto an antique gazebo, the swimming pool and the valley below.

The swimming pool (14 m. x 7 m.) has Roman steps, a gazebo and a dining table.
The property is surrounded by centuries old landscaping, which winds down towards the Arno River, offering cool refuge in the quiet of the Casentino forest.

From June to September (period when pool is open) the entire property is rented as one unit - The Main & The Guesthouse - for a total of 14 persons (+ 2 sofa bed).
During the rest of the year the property is rented separately with its private outdoor space as follows:

All the kitchen areas have oven and dishwasher.
