The well known entertaining area of the Romagna coast with its beaches,
fun parks, discos, is reachable within a few minutes drive, as well
as the small villages of the Marecchia valley scattered of wonderful
castles and fortresses dating back to the Middle Age (San Leo, Verucchio,
Santarcangelo, Gradara, Montebello). |
La Quercia Lucia is surrounded by a large portico, where is possible to relax and enjoy the meals in a peaceful atmosphere.
Inside, the large living room is equipped with a fireplace; on
the ground floor the big kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher,
stove with oven, microwave. On the same level a bathroom and a double bedroom. |

On the first floor two double/twin bedrooms
and a bathroom. A cot is available on request.
The Villa is tastely furnished and finished, carefully equipped
for up to 6 people.A bar, restaurant and grocer are 800 metres
far from the Villa.
For those keen on country sports, not far from the villa it is possible to practice: horse riding, target shooting, golf (the new golf green: 9 executive holes, par 29, is only 5 Km far from the house).

| A suggestive mountain bike path connecting Rimini to Ponte Verucchio
passes only a few hundred meters from the house.
Vergiano village is only 3 Km from Rimini nord motorway exit along road 16 Marecchiese.
The villa is only five minutes by car from the historical center or Rimini, and 10-15 minutes from the beach.Rimini is connected by railways and motorways with northern and central Italy. The Republic of San Marino, Ravenna, Urbino are only 30-60 minutes far; Bologna 1 hour; Florence 2 hours; Venice 2-1/2 hours; Rome 4 hours.

Eno-gastronomy amateurs can taste a large range of typical products like: the inimitable fossa cheese, the Romagna traditional homemade pastas, the famous "piadina", the Sangiovese wine produced in the local vineyards and the extra virgin olive oil.
The Romagna cuisine is tasty and various, as sea food happily lives with recipes made out of the traditional pork breedings. Dining ou in Romagna is an experience of delicious taste as every one already been here can tell.

During the summer it is possible to enjoy the medieval atmosphere of lots of festivals and historical fairs.The Romagna region has also a strong tradition with folk dances: maybe the guests would decide, for once, to visit the numerous dance ballrooms, the "baleras", where people of all age enjoy spending the evening having fun and socializing to the sound of live orchestras.
