In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the Florence County, Val D'Elsa, 12 km from Castelfiorentino and 50 km from Florence and Siena, this villa is a great base for exploring the Chianti, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Certaldo and the best of the beautiful Tuscany.
The detached house is quiet and in panoramic position, completely fenced, located 500 meters from the village where all shops, restaurants, bars and everything else needed will enjoy a carefree and relaxing holiday.

The house is accessed through 250 meters of gravel road in good condition, parking on premises.
At the entrance of the house a porch is equipped with chairs and table.
The house is on three floors.
On the ground floor the billiard room and a bedroom with external access, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with ceiling fan, two twin bedroom, one of which with access from the garden and the other with en suite bathroom with shower, a lounge with large original fireplace, dining room, kitchen and a 18 sqm panoramic terrace, bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, freezer, toaster, espresso coffee machine and American coffee machine.
On the second floor a loft has sofas, a fireplace and a piano.
A total of four bedrooms and 8 beds plus a cot to be added on request for a small child. |

Large open spaces are landscaped.
The panoramic pool has a surface of 15 x 5 m, with a minimum depth of 1.50 m and maximum depth of 2.00.
It is working from May first to the end of September. The open shower by the pool gives hot and cold water.
The numerous olive trees are part of the typical Tuscan surrounding landscape.
