Villa Le Rocce in Todi is a very charm country house recently renovated in an enchanting position dominating the famous Umbrian hills .

It is part of an estate with a farm cultivated with grain, vineyard, sunflowers and olive trees.
A little stony village, completely renewed and restructured, which dates back to the XIII century as sighting posting, with some buildings added in 1700 complete the estate.

It is located in Umbria, one of the most interesting Italian region reach of history, art and nature, among the wonderful views of the hills nearby Todi (in the Perugia province), with a 350 meter height above sea level, approximately midway between Florence and Rome.

Arts locations, medieval villages such as Orvieto, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio Foligno, Perugia, Trasimeno Lake, Marmore Falls, Bolsena Lake and rural beauties can be easily reached from this place; towns which have made this part of Central Italy famous all around the world.

Just in front of the villa raise up the medieval town of Todi.

In the garden there is a very special swimmingpool from where you will feel to plunge in the open space, looking at the history with the impressive Cupola del Bramante and the amazing yellow sunflowers-fields.

The garden is also delighted by hundreds of red roses. The villa's interior is airy and spacious.

On the ground floor is a very large and well equipped kitchen with a huge stone's hearth, opening on the very large living room with sail-ceiling and table with chairs for 12, sofa corner and TV-Sat.
