VILLETTA ROSIA is a nice small villa, in an ancient little "borgo", ten minutes drive from Siena.

The area is a good base for visiting all the major sites of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano. There are several good restaurants in the surroundings and shops with basic foodstuffs are only 300 metres far.

The property is divided into two apartments; the ground floor is available for holiday use while the owners live on the first floor.

The apartment (90 square metres), comfortably furnished, has access from its own garden area into a spacious sitting/dining room with arm chair bed. A large kitchen (hob, oven, fridge/freezer). Two double rooms. One bathroom with shower.

Washing machine, TV, autonomous heating. Outside there are garden furniture, covered gazebo, swimming pool (open from 15/4-15/10), private parking .
