Surrounded by an ancient park and a prosperous farm, the fifteenth century villa Dalesmanin with pool is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the country and it is also an excellent base for visiting all the tourist attractions in the Veneto.
Situated in the heart of the Graticolato Romano, the Villa is a few kilometres from Padova and the Riviera del Brenta, only 700 metres from the village, good

restaurants all around, some of which have agreed with owners very low tarifs for their guests .
A golf club is 15 kms far and a swimmingpool in a club 2 kms far.
The artistic cities of the Veneto, Venice, Vicenza, Verona and Treviso are all easy to reach in a day, as well as the smaller although no less beautiful Bassano, Asolo and Castelfranco Veneto.

The chief sea-side resorts of the region are also in short distance as well as Lake Garda and the most beautiful places in the Dolomites.
Villa Dalesmanin is a Venetian Villa of the earliest period that was built at the end of the XV Century on the ancient medieval castle remains.

This pre-Palladian Villa is a typical patrician country house, where the nobles used to spend their summer vacation and from where they used to control their land properties.
After the last careful restoration, ending in 1997, the villa gives hospitality in four comfortable apartments, all nestling in this charming atmosphere and with views of the large park and the surrounding countryside.

Villa Dalesmanin offers hospitality in its "barchessa", in the winter "limonaia" and in the main part of the Villa itself, in completely independent apartments with bathroom, kitchen or kitchen area , autonomous central heating, air-conditioning, television and telephone.
There are two spacious two-room apartments, "Il Portico" and "La Serra", for 2/4 people, a large three-room apartment for 4/6 people, "Il Foghèr", or the luxury apartment "Le Magnolie" for 6/8 people.
In the complex there is also a laundry provided with washing machine, at guests' disposal (extra Euro 8). The swimming pool is shared and the guests can freely use the large park that surrounds the Villa.

APARTMENT "LE MAGNOLIE"
Description: 160 sq.m. luxury apartment, located in the central part of the Villa and all furnished with antiques. On the second floor aut. heating, air-conditioning, screen-windows, TV, telephone; all laundry and weekly cleanings included. Large hall, sitting room, roomy kitchen, 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, loft where there are the 3rd bedroom + the 3rd bathroom.

Comfortable for 6/8 people.
Hall: roomy and bright, with a modern staircase that leads to the loft, wardrobe, table and chairs; it divides the night area from the day area.
Main bedroom and bathroom: double bed, bedside tables, dressing table, armchair and chairs, wardrobe; private bathroom with bath, WC, washbasin, bidet.
Second bedroom and bathroom: twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and chairs; bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, bidet.

Third bedroom and bathroom (in the loft): twin unifiable beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, coat hanger and chairs; bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, bidet.
Sitting-room: faces south, very large, furnished with many antiques; there are two single bedded sofas, a normal sofa, four armchairs, two small tables, a trumeau.
Kitchen: complete kitchen with refrigerator, oven and stove, dining table with 8 chairs, kitchenware, and tableware.

APARTMENT "IL FOGHÈR"
Description: 90 sq.m. apartment at the ground floor, in the west wing of the Villa; aut. heating, screen-windows, TV, telephone, weekly cleanings included, Washing machine for extra. The big old fireplace (foghèr) in the living room and the beam ceilings characterize the entire apartment, the furnishings consequently are country / elegant style.

Entrance, living room, 2 bedrooms, storeroom, and bathroom. Comfortable for 4/6 people.
Double bedroom: double bed, bedside tables, dressing table, chair and two armchairs; private wardrobe room.
Twin bedroom: small room with twin beds, desk and chairs, the wardrobe is just outside the room.
Living room: very large, with the big fireplace.

Complete kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and stove, dining table with 6 chairs, kitchenware, tableware; double bedded sofa, armchairs, rocking chair, two small tables. There is a wardrobe just outside the living room.
Bathroom: with shower, bath, WC, washbasin, bidet.

APARTMENT "IL PORTICO"
Description: 45 sq.m. apartment, on the ground floor in the Barchessa (ancient rural part of the Villa) with independent access from the garden; aut. heating, screen-windows, TV, telephone, weekly cleanings included, Washing machine for extra. Living room, bedroom, bathroom.

Comfortable for 2/4 people.
Bedroom: twin unifiable beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, two chairs and desk.
Living room: complete kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and stove, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchenware, tableware; double bedded sofa, two small tables, wardrobe.
Bathroom: with shower, WC, washbasin, bidet.

APARTMENT "LA SERRA"
Description: 50 sq.m. apartment, located in an independent building that in the ancient times was the winter "limonaia" of the Villa with access from the garden and bright glass wall to the south; aut. heating, air-conditioning, screen-windows, TV, telephone, weekly cleanings included, Washing machine for extra. Entrance, living room,

bedroom, bathroom. Comfortable for 2/5 people; access and facilities for the disabled.
Entrance: between bedroom and living room.
Bedroom: twin unifiable beds, bedside tables, single bedded sofa for the 3rd / 5th guest, wardrobe, chairs.
Living room: complete kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and stove, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchenware, tableware; double bedded sofa, small table.
Bathroom: with shower, WC, washbasin, bidet.

The nearest village, that is also reachable by walking along the river, has some little shops for daily shopping.
Sport facilities are in the vicinity; tennis and swimming pool 2 km, horse riding and golf 15 km, bikes and tennis table inside the property at guests' request.
The park, more than three hectares wide, stretches around the Villa, rich in ancient trees and is surrounded by the river Tergola and by canals, such as the ancient "Peschiera", that take their water from the river. Here it is nice to rest under the shade of the trees and to take a walk in the "brolo" or along the river edge, enjoying the peace of the countryside and discovering the various fauna that has settled in the nearby 60 hectares farm.
In the small vegetable garden and orchard, the guests can freely pick greens and fruit in season.
