| Property: Villa Serena The wide forest behind the mountain and the very wide territory became national park in the sixties. This summer cottage, positioned on the bay, 4 km out of S. Felice Circeo , was built in the seventies and is property of a large family, which spend its august holidays permanently in this site. It was very well projected to have all comforts for
a relaxing and amusing long period of vacation. It is located in a big private
district of cottages protected by gate, where children can go biking free
from possible accidents. From the garden, which surround the house, a small
gate open into a 20-mt path to shore. In between there is only another cottage,
no roads in between and a very large sand-shore. A beach umbrella in the
 bathing establishment is available for extra.
The garden is well equipped with trees, sun umbrellas, chairs, barbecue
place withdining table and benches.The cottage, simply but comfortably furnished
consist of: a dining and living room, one open into the other, with fireplace,
a wide 4 seats sofa, dining table etc. The main double bedroom has a door
to enter into a children double bedroom (with  regular beds). On the same floor there are
a second double bedroom, one two single beds room and a single bedroom
for a total of 9 sleeps. There are two toilets, one with bath and one with
shower. A dishwasher and a oven are in the kitchen. Washing machine is available.
The cottage develops on the ground floor. Outside a stair brings to the
terrace, a good solarium that cover the whole cottage. Inside a stair bring
down to the nice tavern, with fireplace, benches and table. Parking is inside
the cottage. Inside the district there are tennis courts and a small restaurant.
Out of the district (only a few m.) supermarket, restaurants, bus etc.  Two km. far a riding centers, 4 km. the
town of S.Felice, the national park of Circeo with its guided visits to
the forest. On the other side of the promontory there are white sand dunes
between the lake (flamingos in spring up to beginning June) and sea. On
the lake canoes' rental are possible. In the ray of 30 km. visits to Ninfa
botanic garden, Fossanova Abbey, the nice town of Sermoneta and the Jupiter's
Roman Templum which dominate the mount of Terracina. Hydrofoil (one hour) and ships live daily the ports of S. Felice and Terracina to the wonderful island of Ponza. Extras:
