This imposing villa is located in Valdichiana , near Castiglion Fiorentino, half way between Arezzo and Cortona .
It is an old country villa, carefully restored maintaining all original features and skilfully transformed into an exclusive private retreat. Brick floors, stone windows and doorways, chestnut beams and brick ceiling are the original materials repaired and refurbished in reconstructing the house. Period furnishing and rich fabrics have been used to finish the house, with attention to details and enhancing its elegance and exclusive atmosphere. |
Golden grain fields are the marvellous frame to the 4 acres park which surround the property with characteristic Tuscan garden and olive trees.
17+6 people can sleep in 3 suites and 5 double bedrooms, all decorated differently, with a special flair and sophistication, all equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, safe, internet connection and en-suite bathroom. The suites have fireplace and Jacuzzi bath / shower. There is one more bedroom for the maid. |

A lift connect the floors
The indoor heated pool has jet stream and a built-in Jacuzzi.
Few steps from the house, the 12x6 m outdoor pool surrounded by flowers and shrubs and widely furnished enjoys breathtaking view on the surrounding countryside.
To be mentioned a typical Italian garden in front of the villa, with boxwood and circular fountains spouting merry jets of water. |
The historic towns of Tuscany and Umbria such as Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio are in easy reach, lake Trasimeno is only 25 km far.
