Villa on the cliffs of Gaeta shore

This villa, just a few walks from one of the most famous beach of the Riviera di Ulisse, is located on a clifftop overlooking the sea, on a the promontory just out of Gaeta.

A path leads to this and other ten marvellous villas with a magnificent view of the mountains striking into the sea and of the meandering coast till Circeo, 55 km far to the north. The first gate on the path is the access to a bathing establishment with white sandy beach, through its private pedestrian/vehicular lane

It's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace, nature, sun and good Italian cuisine. You may like relaxing and reading a good book on the amac in the garden, or you may like to try different type of sports like, swimming, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, in summer time or free climbing or horseback riding near the beaches in winter time.

The house is on 2 levels, with 3 bedroom on the main floor, and 2 bathrooms, one big living room and open space kitchen. A fourth bedroom with double sofa bed and a bathroom is on the ground floor . Garden, patio with table, terrace solarium, and shower are outdoor.
