These 2 beautiful A/C apartments with all comforts, furnished with taste and refinement, are in the heart of Venice, close to the Rialto Bridge, in a 18th century house, yet in a very peaceful location.

The house has a large well taken care garden with a gazebo (so difficult to find in Venice) and the use of a small tennis court.

The windows of the living room are overlooking Campo S. Angelo, whereas those of the master room are looking on the Calle degli Avvocati (lowyer road).

Located in the characteristic area of San Pietro di Castello, the largest of Venice sestieri, being off the main tourist trail, this is not as busy as some of the more mainstream parts of the city.
Close to the Giardini area, known for hosting the famous and reliable Biennale art exhibition.
Lido and its beaches are reachable in only 10 minutes from San Pietro Vaporetto Stop, few minutes on foot from the apartments.
A 15 minutes stroll takes you into the heart of Venice and St. Mark's Square.
