The villa is situated in Marina di San Nicola (close to Ladispoli) a very special and elegant resort area made of villas and boulevards at the gates of Rome, specifically to the 34th km of the Via Aurelia, in the archaeological area "Alsium", just in front of the ruins of the Villa of the Imperator Pompeo, a few meters from the sea.

It consists of a livingroom, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 8 sleeps, a pleasant terrace for sun baths, a store room and a large furnished garden.

A large livingroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, bedroom with three beds, one of which is a bunk bed;

Upstairs:
There are three bedrooms, one of which double and the other two each with a loft with single bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the sea.

In the storeroom, located outside in the garden, are the washing machine, a refrigerator and a water heater for the shower in the garden, an iron with iron-board and all the necessary for the household and cleaning.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge + freezer, a coocker with four burners and oven, a microwave and all crockery.

Space for two cars is reserved in a private sheltered parking.

A large and safe sandy beach extends for kilometres in front of the village, with equipped beach clubs and free beaches.
All the land of this very charming small village belonged to Princes Odescalchi family, the owners of the marvelous castle you can see from the beach, and the owners of the Castels of S. Severa, Santa Marinella and Bracciano Lake.

- The Archaeological Site of the VECCHIA POSTA is accessible both through the pedestrian path from Marina di San Nicola or through the road, by car. It can be visited by appointment every Tuesday of the month, tel. 069949501.
In Marina Di San Nicola, there are three shopping centers, Pharmacy, grill rooms, bar, hairdressers, newspapers, fish shops and Post Office. Antiques and food Markets are held on Saturday in the village centre, in walking distance.
