| In the middle of the incredibly suggestive Gulf of Gaeta, Villa Lena, a few metres
from the famous and elegant beach of Vindicio, is
a modern villa built in the seventies, consisting of eight apartmens, 2 of which are offered for holiday rentals.
1 apartments is large and sleeps 6, 1 is amall
and sleeps 2 (+3) people.

THE
SMALL
The small apartment consists of a large living room with 2 sofabeds with normal size mattress, one of which
has a normal size, comfortable drawer-bed.
The kitchenette is opened into the livingroom and a short corridor
leads to the bathroom with shower and to the double bedroom. The living room opens to a small private court with table, benches, and
armchairs for a complete relax in open air.

| Between the kitchenette
and the bathroom there is a closet and a small warderobe. The real
entrance is on the back, from the parking. The garden is shared, with
a barbecue and a bread oven. |

The entrance to the large apartments is from a shared garden on the terrace, The apartment consists of a large living room
on two levels, separating the dining from the sitting
area with two steps.
The kitchen is in a seoarate room, and a door in the living area opens to a half bath with shower. A second terrace with a small sink
has access from both the kitchen and the dining area.
From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor featuring
the master bedroom with its private terrace, one double and one
twin bedroom, both sharing a second terrace. The bathroom has
bath and shower. |
1- In the garden a shared barbecue is available. From the shared garden
access to the terrace through 4 steps and a small gate. On the terrace

| Formia, thanks to the
extremely mild climate, was a holiday resort already at the time
of the ancient Rome, when Nerva, the local landlord, hosted many
important senators, and Tiberius had his villa a few km away. Here
is also the tomb of Cicero.
The sandy beach, with beach clubs,
is only 50 metres far and in the afternoon, when a strong wind rises
while the Sea rests calm, the Gulf become filled with windsurfs...
These apartments are available for
weekly rental during the whole year, not less than 2 consecutive
weeks in July and August .
Formia has a railway station and stands halwfays between Rome and Naples, that can be therefore visited, without driving, in one day, while in holiday at the beach!
