Villa Grazia, a beautiful
modern villa, recalling, for his architecture , the rich Etruscan
graves of the near necropolis, lies in a very good and strategic
position, on the border between Tuscany and Lazio, in the heart
of a great archaeological and naturalist area.
Surrounded by one hectare of olive groves, it overlooks the beautiful
country side of Maremma and the sea of Montalto di Castro in the
distance. |
Few miles from the
property is the Archaeological Natural Park of Vulci, established
in the area occupied in the past by the very rich Etruscan necropolis
of Vulci. The river Fiora, running through the park, when reaches
Vulci forms a deep canyon with high walls of volcanic rock featuring
spectacular limestone concretions. |

In the
same area, it is worthwhile to visit the Medieval Abbey Castle ,
"Castello dell'Abadia", which with its bridge forms one
of the most spectacular monuments in the entire Maremma.
Tuscania and Tarquinia, with its famous Etruscan necropolis, are
within easy reach.The Bolsena lake is only 20 kms away and if you
miss the sea, the coast is only 12 kms. |
For shopping facilities,within
few minutes you can be in Canino, a gracious small village. In this
area there is the best production of olive oil.
Longer day out you can even enjoy a visit to Rome ( 1.30 hs) or
to Florence (2 hs), thanks to the efficient road system. |
Villa Grazia,
built in the respect of the environment using local materials, gives
accommodation for 8 people and is on two levels.
The main entrance to the house is through a covered patio area.
Passing the large hall, you get into the spacious living - dining
- kitchen area of about 70 m2. |

In the centre, in front
a huge hearth, there are two comfortable sofas for five seats, in
the left side there is the music corner with a piano and on the
other side there is a small table for playing cards. The Dining
area, with large dining table and seating for 12 is in front of
the large kitchen area. |
From here you get out
to another covered patio with table and chairs for outdoor eating.
On the same floor there are one double bedroom and a spacious bathroom
with shower and tub.

Heating, if used, is by meter reading.
Maid service once on Wednesday inclusive in the price; extra service
