The Island
of Capri, easily reachable from the port of Naples is definetely
one among the most noted Italian localities, famous worldwide for
its fantastic position in the Thyrrenian Sea, its beauty, its lively
lifestyle.
The Villa on the Blue Grotto is situated in Anacapri, one of the
two cities on the island, in an enviable position close to the stunning
Blue Grotto.

The one level villa has
a private entrance leading to the main door, a lovely yard with well
cared lawns. colourful flowers and a large flexous swimming pool,
open from June the 1st to September the 30th. The pool can be also
enjoyed overnight as it has its proper lighting system |
A comfortable and elegant
terrace, with terracotta tiled floor, equipped with table, chairs
and swing chairs, opens onto the yard, being particularly suitable
for al fresco meals and relaxing moments.
The large garden, with viewpoint, is equipped with beach umbrella
and sundeck chairs.
The entrance leeds to the living room with simple yet elengant furniture,
TV sat, a small round table on a corner, and a dining area for 6.

The recently renovated
kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary, dishwasher and washing
machine. Although restaurants are close to the property, one of
which at minutes walking, breakfast and meals preparation can be
nice and fun. Fresh products are available from the local shops.

| The bedrooms are three,
for a total sleep of 6, one has private bath. Two bedrooms and the
living-dining area have access to the garden. One bath and a half
bath, one with shower, one with tub, are also on the premises.

The villa is conveniently
located in a position above the famous Blue Grotto of Capri and
mintes from one of the Roman Emperor Tiberius ancient villas.
The bust stop is just outside the property, connecting the Blue Grotto
to Anacapri.
The rates include central
heating during winter time and the owners can arrange, for guest's
convenience, boat or walking tours to the islands most interesting
sites and to Naples and the Sorrentine Peninsula. |
Anacapri can be also reached in 20-25 minutes walk or 10 min bus,
the Blue Grotto in 15 minutes walk or 5 by bus or taxi.
A visit to the splendid villa Axelmunde; a jump by chair lift to the top of the Mount Solaro to admire the enire Gulf of Naples, the Sorrentine peninsula and far the town of Salerno; a dip into the sea near the Faraglioni and a walk in the via Tragara will fill your relaxing holiday week to be fully enjoyed and remembered through the time. |
