This
property takes it's name from the road where it's situated, on the
Fontevivola hill, positioned just 3 km from the ancient town of
Sutri, in the Region of Tuscia quite near to Rome.
The country-side surrounding Sutri is very beautiful
ranging from low hills to the Cimini hills. Fontevivola is a delightfull
hill with superb scenary, a residential area immersed in greenery
within walking distance of the well known Acqua Park which
consists of swimming pools with various water slides plus a very
good restaurant and pizzeria. There's also dancing with a live band
every weekend, all for your enjoyment. |

This area is situated between to magnificent lakes. Lago Di Vico
which is a nature reserve and Lago Di Bracciano, both 15 minutes
away by car.
The house is on two levels.
THE GROUND FLOOR is available for holiday rental
separatly from the whole of the house.
A very large living room is divided between the dining area with
a table and chairs for sitting 4 comfortably and the lounge which
contains a double sofa-bed (which may be separated int two single
beds)

The double
bedroom has a wardrobe and side tables. The Bathroom has a shower.
The enormous kitchen is fully equiped with a dishwasher-electric
oven and 4 gas burner hob-microwave-plus cooking utensils. The washing
machine is located in an outer house. The kitchen table easily sits
10 people.
Out side the kitchen under the porch there's a table with chairs
by the barbeque and bread oven. It's a premise for relaxing dinners
"al fresco".

of the garden on one side of the house is used as the kitchen garden,
undercover parking is on the other side.
THE FIRST FLOOR has
private access from outside but can be linked inside through a staircase
for a larger group.
It consists of a large lobby, a further 3 bedrooms two double and
one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms one complete
with shower, one only with wc and handbasin.

The
owners, a kind couple live on the first floor when it isn't rented
out together with the ground floor.
Sutri is a well preserved medieval town, once the last step of the
pilgrins on the way "Francigena" that leads them from
France and Spain to Rome and the Pope to buy their indulgences.
Before the time of the Romans it was an important centre of the
Tuscia. (The name Tuscia derives from the Etruscans who once lived
in villages in northern Lazio).

| It is a large area located
to the north of Rome bordering Tuscany and Umbria.
One can still see rock tombs dating back to the VI-IV° century
B.C. The Roman Amphitheatre from the Augustan Era and a small Rock
Church of the Madonna of Birth. The town Cathedral is also very
fine in Romanesque style.

The ancient Hospital houses the museum of the Patrimonium, with exhibits
from Roman times.
In the historic town of Viterbo (which is the capitol of Tuscia) there
are the famous hot spring baths.
There are also in the town of Vetralla which is nearer still to Sutri.
In the Tuscia area there are many ancient towns and villages still
situated in the same strategic positions as they were 3000 years ago.

with its own characteristic and historical value.
Sutri is connected to Rome by the Cassia.
One can go either by car or by the fleet of buses which pass regularly(in
just one hour one can be in the centre of Rome) Alternately there
is a very recommendable train service which leaves from the station
of Capranica/Sutri.
