A dive in the Middle Ages

Half way between the medieval walls of Monteriggioni and the wonderful city of Siena (in 10 minutes distance from each other), is located the property The Well.
It is a big house of hunting lodge of the 15th century, to which a Chapel in the 18th and other out-buildings in the 19th century have been annexed.

Vines and olive trees, cypresses, firs, planets, ilexes are around the property for about 14 hectares.
Place of peace and meditation, rich of colours and strong feelings.
Some agricultural annexes (barns, warehouses, etc.) have been recently restored to become beautiful stone houses.
The swimming pool, shared between 3 houses, is beside the small ducks' lake and the gazebos cover small tables and chairs for pleasant breakfasts in the shadow.

A small jogging path runs in the large property through the scents of the nature and the barbecue allows to cook meats and vegetables for your "al fresco" dinners.
A maid and gardener couple living at side of the property are available for washing, to ironing, and for additional cleaning or any every other extra demand.
A lunch or a dinner can be prepared on request upon arrival.

three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a study, a large living with kitchenette corner, double sofa bed, TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwaves, toaster, American coffee machine, teapot, coffee pot, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, complete set of saucepans, hair dryer, iron and iron table.

Tables, chairs, seats. In front of the Ducks, a private gazebo overlooks woods and vineyard, equipped with two tables, chairs and beach umbrella.
